I grew up in Hendersonville which is where Barbara lived before moving to The Fontanel. It’s hard to explain to my kids how big a star she was but basically, Barbara Mandrell was the Taylor Swift of the 80’s. Fontanel Mansion sits on 136 acres (55 hectares) of pristine lawns and woodland, part of a complex that includes a distillery, outdoor arena, zip line and woodland trails.
